in just 70 minutes...although be warned, we're all out to beat you in the next race!
New Team Member
Kevin (Natalie's dad) has become the latest addition to the team bringing with him
plenty of experience (check out his Great North Run history!)

Congratulations: Mr T!
Daniel T won the fastest 3km challenge, completing his fastest 3km in 16:54. What's
next??! thankfully nothing at the moment, we are all in preperation for July 15th,

Dorney Lake - The return!

The grand return! This is the track where it all started. We as a bigger team
revisit the lake to better our times...and we all did! Another sucessful run
and some PBs set!
The Great North Run

This was the culmination of all our hard work - a half marathon around the streets
of the North East! A real tough run, completed by all members in good times with
minimal injuries! What's next!!
The Great Gorilla Run

This was a great event!, loads of good people, loads of fun and all for a really
worth cause. I managed to raise £380 for the Gorilla Foundation, a good attempt.
I've added myself to next years advanced sign up and would urge not only the rest
of the team but anyone reading this to sign up (

Loseley Park
September 16th, 2007
Due to the Foot & Mouth scare this run was moved from Loseley Park to Dunsfold
Aerodrome. BBC's Top Gear is filmed there. The route was flat which was a refreshing
change and as a result yet more good times set by each member, PB's for some!
Great Capital Run

10 km round Hyde Park was in blistering sunshine but relatively flat, all-in-all
a good run and good times set by all
